• Users retain rights to their created content and tokens

• Users grant Neurolan limited rights to display their public content

• Trademark and brand usage requires explicit permission

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating tokens for illegal purposes or scams

• Manipulating markets or engaging in pump-and-dump schemes

• Violating Twitter/X terms of service through AI agents

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or damage the platform

• Impersonating others or creating misleading content

• Spamming or engaging in abusive behavior

Neurolan's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for financial losses from token trading

• Platform is provided "as is" without warranties

• We are not responsible for third-party service failures

• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid to Neurolan

• We are not liable for AI agent actions or outcomes
